Samuel is a litigator equipped with commercial dispute resolution matter experiences. He graduated from the Faculty of Law University of Indonesia (Sarjana Hukum) in 2010 and earned his Master of Laws (Magister Hukum) degree from the same university in 2014.
Before founding Ananto, Bonar & Purba | Advocaten, Samuel has an unremarkable journey with several Indonesian prominent litigation-law firms. During his tenure, he intensively involved in litigation cases such as commercial dispute resolution, bankruptcy and suspension of debt payment (PKPU) (debt restructuring), arbitration, criminal, employment, and environment cases. He is experienced in advising, assisting, and representing clients before District Court, Industrial Relation Court, BANI Arbitration Centre, Singapore High Court, Indonesian Prosecutor Office, and Indonesian Police Criminal Investigation Body.
Samuel is a registered advocate (Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia/PERADI), receiver and administrator for bankruptcy (Asosiasi Kurator dan Pengurus Indonesia/AKPI) and tax attorney.
